Wood Green, The Animals Charity is passionate about promoting good animal welfare and responsible pet ownership by providing support, guidance and education to members of the public.

Our Hands On Outreach Team work with people, businesses and of course animals within the community to assist them in improving the standards of animal care.

We are flexible in our approach to outreach, allowing individual requirements to be fully met in an informal, interesting and approachable manner.

Since it’s inception in 2008, our Hands On Outreach Scheme has helped over 2000 people and pets, through a variety of sessions including local events, talks, tours and Dog Care Roadshows.

We also offer an extensive amount of advice through the Pet Advice section; from neutering information, to choosing the right pet.
