SUCCESS STORIES

We always like to hear how are feline friends are getting on in their new forever homes. Here are some of the good news stories we hear every day from families and their cats. We love to receive success stories from our Heydon, London and Godmanchester Shelters so please email your images and letter to info@woodgreen.org.uk or post it to us at Godmanchester.

Scamp (Male Tabby)

My cat was called Sam at Wood Green and I renamed him Whisper and then renamed him again, to Scamp as he definately is not a Whisper character. We think he is an undercover dog as he loves nothing better than playing fetch with balls, sweet wrappers, milk bottles etc.

When he has worn himself out from being a scamp he loves laying on his back, legs stretched and having his tummy rubbed. He has got such a big character for such a little cat and we have laughed so much since rehoming him.

Christie (Black Female Cat)

Christie has settled down really well, we are so thankful to be able to give her a home, we both love her so much; she has even taken over the most comfortable arm chair in the living room. We don't mind though, now that she is so happy, we have had no problems getting her to use a cat litter tray and we have had no mess, she is our little angel! She eats well and always greets me when I come home. She is a very affectionate and loving cat.
