Delilah

When I visited the Godmanchester Centre at Wood Green I didn't expect to fall in love immediately but that is exactly what happened to me. I popped into the bunnery and a rabbit with wounds on its skin and patchy fur called Delilah and her friend Domino caught my eye.

I asked a member of staff why Delilah had such big wounds on her skin and she explained that a passer by had found Delilah on fire; my heart melted. I think my mind was made up then that I was going to share my home with these two beautiful rabbits.

Both rabbits settled in immediately and their cheeky natures shone through. They love each other so much and spend many happy hours hopping around the garden. Now that Delilah's fur has all grown back you would never know that she had been so badly treated, one thing is for sure, she will be safe with me forever.
