Leaving a legacy is such a valuable way of helping unwanted, neglected and injured animals now, and for many years to come.

By remembering Wood Green Animal Shelters in your Will, and letting us know that this is your intention, you can rest assured that your kindness will continue to help us care for the animals you love.

It is no exaggeration to say that the future of Wood Green, quite literally, depends on gifts left to us in Wills.

Whether small or large, these gifts make up over 60% of our income. Which means it is thanks to legacies that we are able to care for well over half of the animals we help each year.

Without legacies we wouldn’t have been able to pay for numerous new projects and improvements at all three of our Shelters. For example, The Coco Markus kennels and Phyllis Pratt cattery at our Godmanchester Shelter were built thanks to legacies.

Legacies mean so much to us, and the animals we care for, that we want to make sure we can offer you all the help and reassurance you need to guide you through the process and make sense of any jargon.
