Wood Green Animal Shelters now offers innovative Hands On educational sessions teaching responsible pet ownership. Sessions are available to all ages across primary and secondary year groups and can either be delivered at our Cambridgeshire Shelter or members of our education team can travel to your school – either way all sessions are absolutely FREE.

Why not join us in bringing numeracy to life through our ‘Animal Accounting’ tour, use a visit to the Shelter to inspire magical animal fiction writing through our ‘Animal Magic’ day or even stimulate class discussion and debate through our ‘Pet Purchasing Power’ KS4 tutorial session uncovering the hard hitting facts behind irresponsible pet breeding.
