Murphy and Cadfrey are two neutered males looking for an experienced home with no other ferrets. They love lots of attention as they tend to get bored easily. Ideally Murphy and Cadfrey would need to be homed in a converted shed with an aviary attached with lots of toys and hammocks for them to sleep in.

Tootles and Tinkerbell (37989/37990)

Breed: English Lop-eared rabbits

Sex: Male and Female

Age: Two years old

Location: Godmanchester Shelter

These two are currently living in our rabbit paddock and they are loving being free range. They are a little on the plump side so a free range set up would be ideal to keep them fit. Initially they are a little shy but will soon make friends with you.

Beau and Freya (38187/37994)

Breed: Lionhead and Rex

Sex: Male and Female

Age: approximately 2 years old

Location: Godmanchester Shelter

Beau and Freya will be looking for a home that is free range as unfortunately their owner let them out of their hutch to live wild as they no longer wanted them.They are indeed very lucky to have survived. Beau and Freya are stunning rabbits who will need a secure garden to stop them escaping. They have now settled into their new environment and love having cuddles.

Lime and Snoopy (40935 and 40936)

Breed: Flemish x

Sex: Male and Female

Age: 4 months old

Location: Godmanchester Shelter

These two beautiful bunnies came to the Shelter after an emergencies rescue involving over 60 rabbits. They are Flemish x breeds so could potentially be large rabbits.

They are looking for a home where they can be free range in a secure garden, with access to a shed. Lime and Snoopy are around 4mths old and have a lot more growing to do.

Although a little shy at the moment that are set to have big characters.

Harry and Nell (38135/37592)

Breed: Dwarf lop and Netherland Dwarf

Sex: Male and Female

Age: One and Three years old

Location: Godmanchester Shelter

Harry and Nell are a very sweet pair. Harry has ragged ears as he was attacked by a poodle in his previous home. Nell was a stray and felt very sorry for her self untill we paired her with Harry.

As Nell is so small they will need to be housed in a weatherproof 5ft hutch together with 10ft run to protect her from preditors.

Porridge (41762)

Breed: Lop eared rabbit

Sex: Female

Age: 3 months old

Location: Godmanchester Shelter

Porridge is a lovely little girl who is around 3 months old. Sadly she was abandoned on a nature reserve but was lucky enough to be rescued by one of the Keepers.

Porridge is very friendly; she loves lots of attention and exploring. Porridge will be looking for a home with an existing Neutered male rabbit.

We currently have lots of guinea pigs looking for new homes, they are a variety of ages and breeds all ready and waiting for a perfect new home.

We recommend a minimum hutch size of 4ftx2ftx2ft and a run for the grass at 6ftx4ftx2ft.

Guinea pigs can make lovely pets for all the family, we can provide you with all the information you will require to care for your guinea pigs.

All our guinea pigs have received a full vet check and are handled regularly by the staff.

Harvey and Raisin are looking for a new home where they can either be free range in a secure garden with access to shed or a 10ft run with a 5ft hutch. These two are quite confident and quite like to do there own thing.

Gizmo and Tara (36794/34994)

Breed: Lop-eared rabbits

Age: 9 and 18 months old

Gizmo and Tara are a very friendly couple - Gizmo loves to come over to say hello. Unfortunately Gizmo does not have any front teeth but copes very well without them, it looks like he is smiling. They both love to investigate and jump onto the fruit tree logs in the warren. Ideally, they would love to be free-range in a secure garden with access to a shed.

Rats make excellent pets for children as they are very gentle, they love to play in the evening and are happy to run around the sofa while you watch TV.  If you are looking for a small animal which will interact with children, rats are a good option as they are always happy to come out and play.

We currently have several very friendly mice available for rehoming who love to sit on your shoulder and take treats from your hands. Mice are suitable pets for all ages of children with the supervision of an adult, and love coming out of the tank and being handled.  Ideally they will need a glass tank to live in (such as an old fish tank) with a mesh lid.  They are very active and enjoy exploring tunnels and running along ropes in their tanks. 

Our mice will need to be homed in pairs or groups as they are very sociable animals and love to spend time grooming each other and snuggling down together to sleep - they make ideal family pets.

We currently have a variety of male and female hamsters looking for new homes. Many are good to handle and they are fascinating to watch. They will require a cage that has clear plastic sides, not wire meshing as they would escape, with different levels for them to run around in. We have a selection of new and second hand cages available and can provide all the advice you will need to care for a hamster.

We have a variety of ferrets looking for wonderful new homes, all colours and ages.

All of the ferrets have been been handled and go out for regular walks on the harness. All of the ferrets are neutered, vaccinated , wormed and microchipped.
