I'd like to tell you about one of our feline residents, who we've affectionately re-named Diesel. After her owner moved away, Diesel found herself homeless and wandered into the hands of a group of boys in a park. The man who brought her to us told staff that he'd arrived just in time. The boys had poured petrol all over the defenceless little cat and were about to set her on fire!

When Diesel arrived she was shaking with fear. We gave her baths to wash away the petrol and allowed her to calm down in the peace and quiet of the special kitten unit in our cattery. Our vets then gave her a full medical check and started her on a vaccination programme.

Every penny counts!

All our animals are looked after in purpose built areas, with spacious outdoor runs as well as snug, heated indoor spaces which are cleaned every day. If any are nervous due to mistreatment or neglect, our skilled staff will find them the one-to-one care they need to prepare them for a new home.

What your donation does!

The first thing we give to every animal is a full medical assessment by our onsite veterinary team. Over 40% will go on to receive medical treatment including vaccinations, neutering and more complex procedures.
